The database sui generis rights: past and future

On 16 December 2022 at 13:00, Professor Estelle Derclaye (Faculty of Social Sciences, Law School University of Nottingham, UK) will deliver a lecture entitled 'The database sui generis rights: past and future'.

The lecture will be delivered during one of the regular open academic meetings of the Chair and will have an online format (Microsoft Teams). We invite everyone interested in attending to register.
