Programme details
The second-cycle Master's studies in English consists of three semesters:
- 1st semester: distance learning (e-learning)
- 2nd semester: in-person classes
- 3rd semester: MA seminar, internship, defence of the thesis
Curriculum
The curriculum offers the opportunity to acquire comprehensive knowledge relating to current issues related to the impact of new technologies on intellectual property law, including the following courses:

Classes conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and leading foreign research centres (Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Spain, the United States), WIPO experts and practitioners in the new technology industry
