The Chair participates in legislative work and issues opinions on drafts of new laws, as well as prepares expert opinions for courts, public prosecutor's offices, the Sejm, the Senate, the Office of the Council of Ministers, the Legislative Council, ministries, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, universities, enterprises, and cultural institutions.
